The Surviving Freedom Foundation is celebrating a historic milestone this quarter: a 600% increase in college attendance rates among our participants over the past five years. This achievement is a direct result of our intensive College & Career Prep initiative, which provides FAFSA counseling, hands-on prep, and personalized college tours for high schoolers.

By helping teenagers see a future beyond the statistics of parental incarceration, we are ensuring they have the keys to information and resources during their most crucial years. Our next tour is scheduled for early 2026, aiming to inspire even more inner-city teens to reach for a four-year degree or technical trade.
